About the course

Leadership Initials serves as a preview or refresher to Leadership Signature. It invited you to make a self-assessment of where you are and aspire to be in key leadership areas. It invites you to focus on where to begin to intentionally accelerate or elevate your effectiveness in a way that reflects what is your authentic style of influencing and impacting others. Leadership Initials pushes you to get started in one area, setting a realistic goal, and implementing steps to achieve that goal. It you are not sure where to begin, this course will help you decide. If you are feeling stuck in your development, Leadership Initials, will help you take an important step to give you momentum on which to build.
